Jello Recipe

Making jello is super easy. This is great for events, gathering or anything other occasions. Try it out!

  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 5 Egg yolk
  • Salt
  • 3 food coloring of your choice


  • Mix the water, coconut milk, and sugar in a bowl. 
  • In a pan, pour your mix in the pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Add a about a pinch of salt (optional).
  • When little bubbles start to form on the surface, add the egg yolks and stir immediately. Make sure do not let it boil. Turn down the heat a little if you have to.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin carefully in and constantly stir it.
  • Remove from heat and pour it in three separate bowls.
  • Add your 3 choice of food coloring in each bowl and mix.
  • In a pan (maybe like a rectangle backing pan for cakes), pour one color in the pan and put it in the fridge until it becomes harden/solid. This will be your first layer.
  • For the second layer, pour next color when the first layer is solid enough and put it back in the fridge until solid.
  • Continue to do the same for the third layer.
  • Once the third later is harden or solid, it is ready to be cut and serve. You are done!
