  • ¾ cup All purpose flour
  • ½ olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chip


  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. 
  • Spray the baking pan with cooking spray and place one parchment paper in the pan. 
  • Spray the parchment paper with the cooking spray too.
  • in a medium bowl, add the sugar, powdered sugar, the flour, the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, add the eggs, the olive oil, the water, and the vanilla and mix it together.
  • Pour the dry mix into the wet mix bowl and stir until everything is mixed.
  • Then, pour the batter into the baking pan and use a spatula to smooth out the top to make it flat.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with no crumbs or anything stick on it. If the toothpick is dry, then it is ready.
  • Once it is done baking, take it out and let it cool before cut. You are done!
