Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe
Try one of my favorite honey garlic chicken breast! It has a great unique taste covered in honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 Big chicken breast
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic powder
- About 5-6 eggs
- Flour
- Butter
- Honey
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
Instructions
PREP THE CHICKEN
- Cut the chicken breast in half the long way. You should then have a total of six check breasts.
- Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- In bowl, beat the egggs and then pour it in a plate (this is also to coat the chicken breast.
- In another plate, pour some flour on there to (coat the chicken breast). Set aside.
- Grab a chicken breast and dip it in the egg and the the flour. Make sure egg covers both side good and then dip it in the flour. Make sure flour covers both sides too. Do this for all the chicken breasts.
- After coating all the chicken breasts, time to prepare the sauce.
SAUCE
- In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- Add 1/3 cup of honey.
- Dive about 2-3 cloves if garlic and throw it in the sauce.
- Mix the sauce throughly.
COOK
- In a big pan, add about 3 1/2 tbsp in the pan and heat it over medium heat. Spread butter around the pan to prepare for frying.
- Add in all your 6 chicken breast and fry 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown/cooked.
- After both side are done cooking, pour the sauce. Fry for another 1-2. minutes on each side to simmer with the sauce..
- After done cooking, it is ready to serve. Make sure you use the sauce in the pan and drizzle some over the chicken breast. You do not want to miss that flavor!. You are done!
